Chef Rocco Taliani
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CHEF
Originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Chef Rocco has been a Tampa Bay resident for over 31 years. He started working in restaurants at 15 years old- taking his first job as a dishwasher in a small family-owned Italian Restaurant. He knew the kitchen was where he wanted to be from that point on. Luckily, it didn’t take very long before he was promoted onto the line.
After many years moving up the chain in the restaurant world, he got the amazing opportunity to lead the kitchen of a new and growing Tampa Bay catering company as their Executive Chef. Bringing in his talent and passion for good food, they quickly grew their operation to one of the largest catering companies in the Bay Area. This part of his career was something he was— and still is— very proud of.
In 2017, Ready for his next challenge, Chef Rocco ventured off to start his own business as a private chef. Growing rapidly and in high-demand to cater larger events, Chef Rocco Catering was officially founded in 2019 where he quickly established his reputation as the go-to high-end, luxury caterer in Tampa Bay.
Chef Rocco is also a partner and executive chef for:LoveBird Almost Famous Chicken in Lakeland, FloridaThe Mustard Seed Deli & Charcuterie Market in Lutz, FloridaPropagation Whiskey Bar & Kitchen in Plant City, Florida

Holly Taliani
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Holly’s passion for the event business runs through her veins. She grew up assisting her mother’s wedding planning business, The Wedding Gallery, throughout her childhood and into her teen years. Now, Holly is able to use her creative talents at Chef Rocco Catering, where she works directly with our clients, event planners, and venues to help bring events to life! Holly manages all front-of-house operations and staff to make sure your event runs as smooth as a whistle!

CATERING COORDINATOR
Quinton was born and raised in Tampa Bay. With over 16-years of experience in hospitality, he has a passion for providing amazing experiences for all of our clients and takes pride in his high-standard of service and attention to detail. Quinton plays an important role with assisting in event operations and logistics. Outside of work, fatherhood keeps him busy!
